Fred would like to see the gov’t put into action uniform deficiency laws across all 50 states. Somewhere, you could find a way to handle the deficiency language so that realtors know what they are doing for their customers.
Kevin would love to see the evaluation process of the short sale become standardized. Essentially, everybody ought to share their figures. If everyone shared the records, this does not become such a guessing game for most agents. The BPO is a big secret at the moment, but why is it a big secret? It would be nice if the lender would share the BPO and the realtor could share his details with the bank too.
